There’s absolutely no point in tricking a girl to give you her number other than showing it to your AFC guy friends as a trophy. If getting a number’s a way to count score, then you should find another game (baseball?).
Instead, the key to getting the woman to offer her phone number to you is to build attraction, comfort and at the same time have a reason to see you again.
When you’re talking to the girl in question, project the future and have a REASON to get her number.
“Oh, we should go see the new James Bond movie together this Tuesday” and then wait. Frequently, she’ll offer her number without you even having to ask.

The ABSOLUTE best way to guarantee that you never have a fake phone number again is to get her to send you a text message with her name in it. That way, you know you have her number and she has yours as well.
“Send me a text with your name, my number is 223-333-xxxx”
It’s an easy and efficient way to get a number, it also means that she’ll have to add your number in your phone so when you call, she’ll see your name pop-up as the caller ID.
